The furniture looks really good and was easy to put together, so I was happy with it at first. But the material started showing wear way sooner than I expected?! It’s not awful, just kind of disappointing because I really thought it would hold up better outdoors.

"They took care of my patio chair"
I had an issue with one of my patio chairs after the repair, so I sent them an email, not knowing if it would turn into one of those back-and-forth things. But they replied quickly and just handled it without making it complicated. I mean, things happen, especially with outdoor furniture and all that, but I appreciated that they didn’t brush it off and actually fixed the problem.

I had a good experience with their communication, which was a relief because I feel like I’m usually the one having to chase people down for answers. I had a few questions before getting my patio chairs fixed, and they got back to me quickly without making me feel like I was being a bother. They kept me updated, were nice on the phone, and explained things clearly enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. It was nice not having to fight for basic communication for once. I’d use them again.

I tried to book an appointment it turned into more of a hassle than it needed to be. They gave me a time window, then it changed, and I ended up having to chase them for updates instead of just getting a clear answer.
Nobody was rude, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt disorganized. I don’t really care for the polished “we value your time” kind of talk if I’m still stuck waiting around half the day. They need to tighten up their scheduling.

"Frame refinish turned out decent"
The frame refinish came out okay overall and it looks decent from a normal distance. There were still a few rough spots left behind, though, and this is where it got annoying because I was expecting a cleaner finish all around. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

The measurements were off and the size ended up being wrong. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole experience felt impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer with a simple issue.

Got these as replacement patio cushions. Was a little nervous about the color. Photos can be tricky. But it matched really well. Looks nice with our old chairs. No weird shade difference. Happy with it.

"Umm, not a lot of fabrics I was into"
I was kind of disappointed with the fabric options, honestly. I was hoping to find more colors and patterns for outdoor cushions, but umm, a lot of them felt basic or just not really my style. The website itself was easy enough to use, so no issue there, I just didn’t see much that made me want to place an order. Maybe it’s fine if you’re looking for something simple, but it wasn’t really for me...

"Really good customer service"
I had a few questions before placing my order, and they got back to me quickly. The person I talked to was really friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them or being rushed.

They helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my patio chairs, which I appreciated, and they kept me updated after the order was placed. A friend had actually recommended them to me, and now I can see why.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely use them again. Just good, easy customer service

"Quote Was Right on"
I sent over a few photos of my patio chairs and, based on how these things usually go, I was kind of expecting some back-and-forth or a vague estimate. They got a quote back to me quickly though, and it was clear from the start.

When I picked everything up, the price was exactly what they had told me it would be. I always assume there might be some random extra charge at the end, but there wasn’t anything like that. Just a straightforward, easy experience overall

The repair itself turned out okay, I think, but the turnaround took longer than I was expecting. I had to follow up a couple of times to see what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but I guess I just thought it would move a little faster.

"Prices are okay, but the site can be hit or miss"
I used uspatiofurnitureandrepair.com and overall the pricing seemed fair enough. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it also didn’t feel outrageously expensive. My main issue is that the site kind of works when it wants to, and a few of the repair costs weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked before checkout. The actual work turned out fine, but I wish the total price felt more upfront from the start. 3 stars from me.

"Replacement sling was a little off"
I ordered this replacement sling for my patio chair, but the fit wasn’t quite right. One side was really tight, so it didn’t sit as smooth as I expected. Shipping was fine, and it’s not a total disaster, but when you’re buying a replacement part, you’d reasonably expect it to line up and fit without a struggle. Overall, it was just a bit frustrating

"Too pricey for the results"
The repair turned out okay, but it cost a lot more than I was expecting. For that price, I thought the finished result would look a lot better. I also got frustrated with support because the replies felt like copy-paste responses and didn’t really address what I was asking. Overall, not really worth it for me
